Cartoons

When I was an undergrad, I started drawing molecular cascades to help memorize them for my biology courses. Drawing has since become a long-time passion of mine and a tool for clear thinking. I enjoy the process of transforming something chaotic and complex into something clear and simple; it's one of the aspects I love about research.

Cartoons also have the remarkable ability to transcend borders, cultures, and time. They are a form of universal language that everyone can understand, which is why I create cartoons that are both fun and informative. This page contains some of my sketches, while others can be found in slide decks or papers.
